21 Genesis LLC House was founded in March 2026 with a simple mission: to provide safe, welcoming housing where individuals can stabilize, maintain their recovery, rebuild independence, and prepare for their next chapter.

We believe the environment a person lives in can have a meaningful impact on their ability to move forward.

Our leadership brings experience in healthcare, patient advocacy, community resource coordination, housing, and real estate.

Housing Operations

Our housing leadership brings more than five years of combined experience in healthcare and real estate, helping ensure that our residences are professionally maintained and resident-centered.

Residents of 21 Genesis have access to an all-inclusive living environment designed to reduce everyday barriers and allow them to focus on stability, recovery, employment, savings, and long-term goals.

Housing amenities and support may include:

21 Genesis provides housing for adults who may be transitioning from a variety of circumstances, including:

Individuals seeking sober and recovery-supportive housing.

Individuals who are appropriate for community-based housing and able to live safely within a shared residential environment.

Hospitals and healthcare systems
Individuals who need stable housing following discharge or during a period of transition.

Reentry programs
Individuals returning to the community following incarceration.

Probation and parole
Individuals who need an appropriate and stable residential environment while meeting community supervision requirements.

Homelessness and housing instability
Individuals who need transitional support while working toward longer-term housing.

Placement is based on availability, program fit, and the individual’s ability to safely participate in a shared residential setting.
